Holy is a trainee solicitor at Charltons. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

During her university studies, she participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as an oralist and as a coach for the Chinese University of Hong Kong team. Before joining Charltons, she also completed internships with various law firms where she gained experience in corporate matters.

Currently, Holy assists in corporate finance and capital market transactions.
