Julia Charlton together with Anne O’Riordan (Group Director of Digital, Jardine Matheson), Fiona Nott (CEO, The Women’s Foundation) and Kirti Lad (Executive Director, Meraki Executive Search and Consulting) discussed how recruitment of women on boards of HKEX listed companies actually happens and related regulatory requirements in the wake of the HKEX’s proposal to require at least one woman on the Board of every HKEX listed company at an event organised by International Women’s Forum (IWF) Hong Kong.
