Charltons advises CICC, Macquarie and Haitong on HKEX listing of Tianli Education

Charltons was honoured to advise China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited as sponsor and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, Macquarie Capital Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited as underwriters on the successful listing of Tianli Education International Holdings Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 12 July 2018, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$1,234.53 million from 500 million offer shares at HK$2.66 per share, and the completion of the exercise in full of the Over-allotment Option on 25 July 2018 which raised additional net proceeds of approximately HK$192.90 million from 75 million additional shares at HK$2.66 per share. Tianli Education International Holdings Limited is a private education service provider in Western China.
