A retrospective selection of Charltons 2022 events and activities

Over the past year:

• Charltons has held 17 webinars, welcomed over 3000 participants and provided over a dozen CPD points;

• Julia Charlton authored Hong Kong Listed Companies Law& Practice 2nd Edition; and

• Charltons has handled over 300 inquiries and onboarded over 80 new clients.

• by being:

As part of its pro bono work Charltons continues to provide legal transaction support to Social Impact Partners, a Hong Kong based venture philanthropy firm with a mission to enable sustainable change to systemic social issues. Charltons has also continued as a sponsor of the Hong Kong University Students’ Cricket Club and the RCS Cricket Sixes Cup with all proceeds from the 2022 cup having been donated to ImpactHK.
